I can hardly contain my excitement!  I can pre order my iPad next week, just two days after my birthday, on March 12.  I will just have to wait 3.5 weeks after that to get it (April 3rd).

I am hoping to discover some great uses for it in the classroom.  I am certain it will have a tremendous impact though.  I have several ideas for apps, but no way to currently develop my ideas.  I might have to breakdown and teach myself how to program for the iPad in order to test out some of my ideas though.

I have already planned out some ebooks I will buy for the iPad, assuming they will be available in Apple’s iBookstore.  I also have a few iPhone games I will try out on the gorgeous iPad screen.  Hopefully there will be some iPad games available at launch to truly test the abilities of the graphics capabilities of the iPad.
