What actually consists of this hack? The very first thing you have to do is after woken up and filled out (made a light charge) – it’s not to go into a shower or drinking coffee. No, you must set a timer for 10 minutes and sit down for any new business that is in your list. You must work within ten minutes without breaking down and without distracted by extraneous actions.
How much can you have time to do in 10 minutes? You will be surprised, but during this time you can do as nothing else, and almost half of all. Sometimes all this stretches in infinity, and sometimes flies in an instant – it all depends on complexity and passion.
All the charm of this way to move everything from a dead point is that you spend only 10 minutes on the most difficult part – at the beginning. The case moved from the dead point and after that you will be much easier to plan your day.
If you failed to get into the stream and continue the started case for longer than ten minutes, you have permission for something else after this time.
