Anton Cokin – Real Word Master. In his blog WordExpert, he writes about how to use the possibilities of "Word" as efficiently as possible. Here is the Council sent by Anton about feedback (thanks, Anton!):
By default, printers first print the document pages starting from the first. It seems that everything is true, but in some printers (this is true for inkjet printers) printed sheets out the face up and so the first page of the document turns out to be at the bottom of the printout. You have to manually reduce pages. Okay, if there are few sheets, and if in the document more than a hundred pages?
There is a simple solution: You need to set the back order in the printer settings. To check and install the appropriate parameters for the printer, on the File menu, click Print. The same name dialog box appears. Click the Settings button (below the dialog box). In the window that opens in the PRINT mode group, select the box on the "in reverse order" parameter. Now all pages will be printed, starting from the last page. Similar parameters can be installed in the settings of your printer.
Another our reader under the nickname chapter tells how, using WinRar and NNCRON, automate backup creation:
For a long time I have been using a very interesting, simple and convenient program for archiving important data, which did not give any failure for 2 and a half years of work!
Called this program nncron, for xussr registration is free. Nncron works in a bundle with WinRar and performs a few simple operations, thanks whom I have a stored archive of the folders important to me for six months.
