Train every day, and you will succeed in all matters
I am constantly asked what advice I can give people who want to achieve positive changes in the career and family life and find the balance between the two components. Especially at the beginning of the new year, it is customary to share such advice.
Up to this point I gave advice to get up earlier. But now I understand that it is not suitable for everyone. I, thanks to the early climb, I manage to do a few things before the rest will be waged and you will begin to distract me with current tasks. In the morning I am writing a blog, checking the social networks, deal with email and arrange priorities for the day.
Early lifts are comfortable for me because I am a lark. But I know a lot of people who do the same work at night. Night – their comfortable time because they are owls.
Here is my advice: do sports!
If I can give only one advice, then it is: do sports every day, no matter what happens in your life. Even if you have to get to get up early or lie later. Do each God’s day.
I know what I am saying. Rare day passes with me without training. I was engaged in Christmas holidays, and for the new year. I did not go to the simulator room, but I ran half an hour after these days. I train on travel. Most hotels have round-the-clock gym. But even if not, I can do sit-ups and push-ups in his room.
Undoubtedly, exercise helps maintain the right weight. And it is good for the health of the heart and lungs. But I train mainly in order to control stress. Morning exercises that I do immediately after sleep, help me find calm at the beginning of the day.
After I was fused and sweated, I remain rational and concentrated throughout the day, I can keep emotions under control. And I know people who train in the evening to get rid of stress accumulated per day.
It does not matter when you will train. The main thing is to be engaged. Your success depends on.
